J35115 AB Charles John Mace was born in Brixton, London on 5 March 1899. He was admitted to the R.N. on 31.1.1915 and was discharged on 6.7.1928. He served on Glory, Chatham and Astraea in WWI and was also active in WWII with number T.2492/MX693598 serving in the Atlantic and Mediterranean until being demobilised on 22 October 1944.
He passed away in Southampton, Hampshire in July 1979.
