Postage & Packing Charges, Refunds Returns

Postage & packing costs are calculated at the checkout based on the country you are in and the weight and value of goods ordered.  The checkout will work out what options are available to you as a final calculation before purchase.

If orders are placed by 12.00 GMT, we shall endeavour to post same day subject to stock being available. Occasionally we can be out of stock due to telephone and web sales and our stock may not be up to date on the website at point of ordering. At busy times of the year such as approaching remembrance Sunday or occasions such as the recent coronation, we cannot guarantee this due to the volume of orders received at these times.

If Royal Mail Special Delivery is chosen, this offers next day delivery by 1pm in the UK, these packages require a signature on delivery.

Please note that all tracked services will require a signature on delivery, please ensure the delivery address is one where someone will be available to sign.

If you have a specific date goods are required by and it is a short timescale, we recommend you contact us first to ensure the date can be achieved.

We allow a 7 day full money back guarantee for any reason.  Where goods are faulty we shall pay the cost of return postage.  Where returned for any other reason we will refund the cost of goods only. Where items have been named we will refund if the item is faulty.

We shall process refunds as soon as items are returned. Please note that refunds will be made using the same payment method you originally used. So if by cheque we shall send you a cheque, if by card we shall refund the card you used - please note that if the card payment was not made on-line we shall need to contact you for card details as these are not retained by us after sale.
