We are currently seeking to employ a competent Office Administrator on a full time basis.

The Ideal Candidate
The office is a very busy manufacturing environment so you will need to be confident and effective communicator. You will need to be a team player whilst having the ability to prioritise your own workload on a daily basis, respond to ever-changing deadlines and reacting to urgent queries appropriately and effectively.
Key responsibilities
Documentation and processing of purchase and sales orders on Sage Manufacturing 200
Quality control and checking of products
Answering of telephone
Willingness to help out in all areas
Friendly, polite and with a positive “can do” attitude
Attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills
IT literate with knowledge of relevant computer applications such as:

- Sage 200 (experience an advantage, but training will be given)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable and punctual
Full driving licence required
