Wilfred Albert Causier was born in Oddingley/Droitwich, Worcestershire on 14 November 1899. He was a 17 year old Horse Driver when he enlisted, serving with 15/Hants. in France and Belgium.
Wounded in Action 2 October 1918 - Gun Shot Wound to his chest and left shoulder, the latter requiring amputation. He refused a replacement prosthetic arm and was discharged in 1919. The 1939 Register has him working as a Billiard Steward. He passed away in Worcester on 7 January 1976.
He was awarded a Silver War Badge (not with the group)
