8538 Pte. P. JONES. From West Ham Aged 29. Served with 13th (Service) Battalion (West Ham), Essex Regiment in the Balkans 25.4.1915. Suffered Gun Shot Wound to Right Shoulder on 15.11.1916. Admitted to 2nd General Hospital. Discharged via Sick convoy to UK 23.11.1916 aboard Hospital Ship Gloucester Castle. Places on reserve 8.4.1919
