4487/ 33410/79775 Cpl Horace Cecil Fisher Born 9.4.93 Ipswich. Served in the Suffolk Regiment before transferring to the 2/Yorks with whom he earned the Military Medal whilst in France. He also served with the both the 2nd and the 6th Battalions, Northumberland Regiment and was reported Wounded in Action on 14.11.1917. His M.M. was announced in the London Gazette of 18 May 1919.

According to the 1939 Register, Fisher was a Special Constable (No.34) with the Ipswich Constabulary. He was a Master Hairdresser and was living at "Tilehurst" in Deben, Suffolk.

He passed away in Ipswich in January 1983.
