Granted to those Mentioned in Despatches from 1994 onwards. Up to three emblems may be worn on the ribbon of the appropriate medal, if the number of clasps precludes this then miniature emblems may be worn instead.
This emblem may be worn with the other emblems established in 1994, QCB, QCBA, and, QCVS.
