British Empire Medal, Civil Division (HENRY T. BRYANT) - in original box of issue.
Henry Thomas Bryant was born in London ion 27 August 1892. A Dock Labourer by trade he was, according to the 1939 Register, living at 30 Brixham Road, West Ham. He was awarded the BEM as a Cold Store Blockman with the Port of London Authority in the New Years List of 1 January 1948.
He had WWI service with the 1st London Regiment (No. 204889) earning a British War and Victory Medal, along with a Silver War Badge - none of which are included.
