Ribbon bar on a metal carriage to allow it to slide onto stacking ribbon bars. A central slot allows the addition of emblems without having the need to purchase a new ribbon.
Instituted on 1st February 1950 and awarded for 12 years continuous service with bars for each further 8 years service.
