Awarded as follows; OP PRESIDIUM - 45 days continuous or 60 days accumulated from 10th February 2010. OP MODEST - 45 days continuous or 60 days accumulated from 24th January 2013. OP BACKWELL - 45 days continuous or 60 days accumulated from 20th April 2012.
The General Service Medal 2008 was initiated for minor campaigns. The first awards were granted by the Secretary of State for Defence in June 2016. The clasps are named after geographic locations.
