Victory Medal (5838 PTE. A.E. HIGGINS. WELSH.R.)
Arthur Edward Higgins was reputed to have been born in Farnham, Surrey in 1883. He served in WWI with the Welsh Regiment, later transferring to the Machine Gun Corps with whom he was reported Wounded in Action on 19 November 1918. The incident would have happened in the closing stages of the war.
He was posted to the Reserve on 8 February 1919.
Medal is in good condition unless otherwise indicated. Also entitled to a British War Medal which is not included.
