Victory Medal (K.46315 J.T. HORSFIELD. STO.1. R.N.)
John Thomas Horsfield was born in South Shields on 12 March 1897. He joined the Royal Navy on 3 October 1917 and served aboard HMS Dido (Sharpshooter) until the cessation of hostilities. He was demobilised on 19 February 1919.
According to the 1939 Register he was a Colliery Worker (below ground) living at 92 Thames Lane, South Shields. He died in South Shields in October 1981.
Medal is in good condition unless otherwise indicated. Also entitled to a British War Medal which is not included.
