Parker was born in Portsmouth on 6 October 1910. He served in Burma and was, post-war deployed to Japan where he eventually served as the Military Attache to that country. For his work Parker was Mentioned in Dispatches and awarded the M.B.E. This was Gazetted in 1946 (LG 23 May 1946)
He passed away at Winchcombe, Gloucestershire on 17 December 1989.
Medals are in good condition unless indicated otherwise. Sold with some research and a quantity of original paperwork including his warrant documents and a photo album of manoeuvres he was on in Japan.
