Victory Medal (61417 PTE. H.B. PARKS. R.A.M.C.)
Harry Bevan Parks was born in Hastings, Ontario, Canada in 1883. He enlisted for service in WWI with the Royal Army Medical Corps on 19 July 1915 and saw service until being discharged on 29 May 1919. He suffered from Nephritis and was awarded a Silver War Badge no. B232473 - he was living at 65 Weston Road, Moir, Longton, Staffordshire just after the end of the war.
At some point he emigrated to South Africa which is where he passed away on 23 August 1964. He had been a Factory Foreman before retiring.
Medal is in good condition unless otherwise indicated. Also entitled to a British War Medal which is not included.
