J Cadman is a bit of a mystery man. He enlisted with the Royal Engineers as a Sapper on 30.4.1929 and served with 601 Railway Construction Company in WWII.

He was reported Missing, possibly POW in France on 11.9.1940 but his record was altered to reflect that he had been found as a Deserter. His record card indicates that he was Non-Effective by 4.11.1941 (the day he was discharged)

His Efficiency Medal was awarded in 1942.

Medals all in good, original condition unless otherwise specified.
