Henry Edward Warburton was born in Barton, Lancashire in 1926. He served at the tail end of WWII & in Palestine with Royal Signals.
According to the 1939 Register Warburton was a Schoolboy living at 2 Brynton Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire.
According to a press report in the Cheshire Observer of 4 June 1949 he was an aggrieved party in the trial of an ex Policeman who had obtained from him, under false pretences, the sum of £31 5 shillings for petrol which was originally intended for Algeria. Warburton had agreed to pay for 250 gallons of this petrol which never materialised.
He died in Cadishead Manchester in May 1990.
