Ribbon bar on a metal carriage to allow it to slide onto stacking ribbon bars. A central slot allows the addition of emblems without having the need to purchase a new ribbon.
Instituted 1st June 1954. Awarded to all ranks of the Fire Service whether full or part-time for 20 years exemplary service.
