PRICE SHOWN IS PER MEDAL. Medals are mounted on a stiff backing and stitched down to prevent them rubbing together. This style of mounting protects the medals, particularly enamelled awards. Campaign medals, with the exception of those awarded during the two World Wars, are mounted in order of date of award.
Please specify in the box at the checkout which order medals were awarded in.
The medals are mounted onto a buckram board, the ribbon of each medal is shown behind the medal and also wraps around the back of the board. The medals are hand-stitched to prevent them moving and causing wear to one another. A brooch bar with safety catch is used. Highly recommended particularly for larger groups of medals.
Medals are cleaned as part of the process and ribbons replaced by new. If you wish us to use original ribbons please state in your order notes and we shall advise if this cannot be done, also if you would rather we did not clean the medals then please notify us when sending them in.
After placing your order please send your existing medals to Worcestershire Medal Service Ltd, 124 High Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8HJ. We recommend special delivery for original medals and also please include a copy of your order with them so we can tie them up.
