Clasp - Azoff

Awarded to the Crimea Medal 1854-56.

This clasp was awarded to Naval personnel and Marines who entered the Sea of Azoff between 25th May and 22nd September 1855.

9 Victoria Crosses were awarded for raids on the northern shore of the Sea of Azoff.
