George Stewart Neish was born in Birmingham on 21 April 1893. He joined the RNVR on 19 May 1911 and served aboard several shore establishments and vessels during WWI - including Actaeon, Pembroke and Attentive.
He was advanced to Leading Signaller on 1 January 1913 and was demobilised on 13 March 1919.
According to the 1939 Register he was a Wood Machinist living at 144 Midland Road, Birmingham. He passed away whilst at that address on 10 September 1972.
Medals have been gilded but are in good condition unless indicated otherwise. Sold with some research.
