- Arthur Wilson, Postman, Higher Grade, London Postal Region - awarded ISM in LG 21 August 1959 or
- Arthur Wilson, Postman, Liverpool - awarded ISM in LG 5 January 1965.
Medal is in good condition unless indicated otherwise. London Gazette entries for both are included.
