British War Medal (45685 PTE. N. KAYE. NORTH'D. FUS.); Victory Medal (45865 PTE. N. KAYE. NORTH'D FUS.)
Norman Kaye was born in Elland, Yorkshire on 4 February 1899. He served with the 12th and 13th Battalions of the Northumberland Fusliers in WWI and was reported to have been Wounded in Action on 4 June 1918. He was discharged to the Reserve on the cessation of hostilities.
According to the 1939 Register he was a Fruiterer/Hawker living at 17 Woodland Grove, Blackpool. He died at the age of 89 on 25 February 1987 whilst living at Morley Road, Blackpool.
Medals are in good condition unless indicated otherwise. Sold with some research. Please note the discrepancy in service number. The 45865 would appear to be the correct one.
