Police Exemplary Long Service Medal EIIR (SERGT. ALFRED E. COKER)
Alfred Edwin Coker was born in Totnes, Devon on 27 May 1915. He served with the 3rd Battalion, Irish Guards in WWII and was Wounded in Action at Arnhem at around the time the battalion was operational there.
His medals were posted to him at 17 Devon Constabulary, Middlemoor, Exeter on 21 August 1948
He passed away in Dacorum, Herts in 1996.
Medal is in good condition unless indicated otherwise. Sold with some research.
