Reginald Thomas Wescott was born in Trowbridge, Bradford upon Avon on 24 May 1908. He enlisted as a Boy of 15 for service with the Royal Air Force on 14 January 1924 and was posted to the Middle East in 1929. Pre- WW2 he served primarily with 2 Section 1 STT (B), Halton.
In WW2 he served in the Middle East/North Africa and was awarded the RAF LSGCM.
Westcott passed away in Cambridge in January 1983.
