Defence Medal; War Medal 1939-45; Efficiency Medal GVIR bar Territorial (2083998 BDR C SMITH RE) - this last in box of issue
The medals to Charles Smith, who served in WWII as a Bombardier with the Royal Artillery, were sent to him on 5 January 1987 and were thus a late request. The MOD appears to have erred on the Efficiency Medal - inscribing the rim to the RE whereas Smith served with the RA.
Medals are in good condition unless indicated otherwise. Please note that the EM is officially named to the RE whereas it should have been named to the RA.
