Turkish Crimea Medal (...C.O. .....INCE....2ND DRAG....)
The Turkish Crimea Medal (1855) is a silver, 36mm campaign medal issued by Sultan Abdulmejid I of the Ottoman Empire to British, French, and Sardinian troops for service during the Crimean War (1854–56). It was designed by James Robertson, featuring the Sultan's cypher on the obverse and a cannon, anchor, and allied flags on the reverse.
The rim of the medal has been rubbed away in parts and the naming is largely illegible.
