Badges will be named with your initials, Surname and any post-nominal letters relating to Orders, Decorations and Medals eg BEM, MBE. Professional post-nominals such as BSc will not be engraved.
Please also give the Year of Qualification as this is engraved on the rear of the badge. If the year is not entered then it will be engraved with the current year.
One twenty year badge is allowed to be purchased per authorised volunteer, this data will be validated with the RNLI prior to order processing.
