George Henry Simpson was born in Sunderland, Durham on 20 March 1921. According to the 1939 Register he was a Brush Maker by trade living at home with his widowed mother and siblings at 3 Lambton Street, Sunderland - the same address his WWII medals were later posted to.
He served in Africa and France and Germany and died in Tyne and Wear in July 1992
Medals are in good condition unless indicated otherwise. Sold with some research.
