Weaver was born on 11 October 1910 and enlisted with the Royal Fusiliers (7 years with the Colours/5 years with the Reserve) on 17 October 1929 when he was 19 years old.
He served in WWII rising to the rank of Warrant Officer 2nd Class and transferred to the North Staffordshire Regiment after the war (according to his papers which are included) on 14 June 1945. He saw service with the North Staffs in Palestine post-war.
Medals are in good condition unless indicated otherwise. Sold with some research.
