Charles Alexander Lowe was born in Norbury, Croydon on 22 September 1912. He served with the Queens Royal West Surreys in WWII and was Wounded in Action, incurring a bullet wound to the scalp, in September 1944. This resulted in Bilateral Nerve Deafness for which he claimed a disability pension.

He died in Southampton on 22 December 2007.

Medals are in good condition unless otherwise indicated.
