Cpl Joseph William Clark entered France on 19th September 1914 as part of a draft of reinforcements for 1st Bn Northumberland Fusiliers. No record of entitlement to a clasp on the 1914 Star. By the end of the war he was an acting Sergeant serving in a training battalion and had the serial number TR5/113424
