J.89947 W.A.ARNETT. BOY 2 R.N. William Arthur Arnett was born in Tadcaster, Yorkshire in 1901. He enlisted with the R.N. on 12.6.1918 and was discharged on 15.3.1920. The little service he did see was on Impregnable, Ganges and King George V.
According to the 1939 Register he was an Agricultural Worker living in Ossett, Yorkshire (West Riding), England. He passed away in Sheffield, South Yorkshire in May 1986.
