Imperial Service Medal GVR (WILLIAM NICHOLAS CURNOW)
William Nicholas Curnow was born in Stoke Damerel, Devonshire in 1876. He was an Organist when he joined the Lodge of Friendship (Free Masons) in Devonport in 1900 and was living at 39 Charlotte Street. He was later an Admiralty Engineering Draughtsman who, according to the 1939 Register, was retired and living at "Alston" in Plymouth.
He passed away in Truro, Cornwall in March 1962
