Special Constabulary Medal GVIR with two Long Service bars for 1948 and 1955 (SERGT. CHANDOS A.L. HUNT)

Chandos Austin Leigh-Hunt was born in Brixton, London in 1898. He served with the RAOC in WWI with no. S/7726 and was awarded the 1953 Coronation Medal as a Sergeant in the Special Constabulary. 

According to the 1939 Register he was living at 13 Henrietta Street in Bath and was a Corporation Clerk and C.R.E. Corsham along with being a Sergeant in the Special Constabulary in Bath. 

He died in Bath at the age of 72 in March 1970

Medal is in good condition unless indicated otherwise. Sold with copied research. Please note that the 1953 Coronation Medal and WWI medals are not with this item.
