Frank Joseph Baker was born in Walworth, London in 1894. He served in France from 1.9.1915 and was placed on the Reserve in 1919. He was awarded the National Fire Association Medal while employed at Farnham in 1923.
According to the 1939 Register he was living at 241 Ash Road, Aldershot and was a Fireman at a Gas Works.
