Thomas Edward Parsons was born in Leigh, Essex 20.1.1890 He joined the Metro police at New Scotland Yard on 20 January 1890 and served with a number of Divisions in his 25 year career, including at The Admiralty Dockyard at Devonport. He was injured on service incurring a contusion of his testes, bruises on his right cheek and a sprain of his left knee (twice) - one assumes these were all in the line of duty.
He resigned after 25 yrs service on 25.1.1915
