Richard William Poole was born in 1897 in Bristol Gloucestershire. He served with the 1st Bn Royal Warwicks on the Western Front and was Killed in Action in Flanders on 15.4.1918, He is remembered on the Ploegsteert Memorial.
At the time of his death his family lived at 14 Water Street, St Paul's in Bristol but by 1919 had moved to 33 Frogmore Street, St Augustine's in the same city.
