Ronald Victor Cload was born in Newton Abbot Devon in 1925. He served in WWII in France & Germany and was, post-war a Special Constable, earning the Long Service medal with bar for 1971.
At the time of the 1939 Register he was living at Glarow Coombe Road in Teignmouth and was an Apprentice Mechanic at a Garage.
He died in Torbay, Devon in 2005.
