Charles Victor Ronald Scaife was born in Hull, Yorkshire on 8 September 1917. He served with the Corps of Military Police in Africa in WWII and was awarded the Efficiency Medal on 31 October 1945.
A Milk Roundsman by occupation, he received over £1700 when his mother passed away in 1949.
He died in Hull on 13 March 2012.
