Wilfred Sparrow was born in Leicester in 1898. He served in France in WWI with 24th Royal Welsh Fusiliers and was reported WIA - Gunshot Wound to the Left Thigh - on 28.6.1918. He was awarded the SWB No. B79714.
He was discharged to the Reserve in 1919.
