Frederick John Taylor was born in Salisbury, Wiltshire in 1877. He served in the Benin campaign of 1897 aboard St George and in WWI where he was invalided out of the service on 12.September 1916 and awarded the Silver War Badge. He also earned the LSGCM whilst attached to HMS Sutlej.

The medals are in good condition unless specified otherwise. Please note the differences in the spelling of the surname and the initials - the number remains the same throughout. Sold with a quantity of copied research including his service papers.
