William Thomas Williams was born in Wales in 1895. He served with the Royal Welsh Fusiliers in WWI and was posted to France on 1.12.1915. He was demobilised in 1919 but re-attested for service with the 6th Battalion, RWF in 1933 serving with them in WWII until his discharge on 18.7.1943
According to the 1939 Register he was a Sergeant on Active Service with no. 4191022, C Company, 6th Battalion and was living at 1 Hyfrydle Terrace, Talysarn, Gwyrfai, Caernarvonshire, Wales.
He was awarded the Efficiency Medal in 1947
