10547 Pte Frederick George Avery was born in 1893 in Stonehaven Devon. He attested with the 7th Bn Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry and went to France on 23.7.1915
He was reported Wounded in Action on 21.10.17 and, having recovered, went back to duty. He died form an Intestinal Lobe whist admitted to 61 Casualty Clearing Station on 21.3.1918.
